Boddingtons have recently invested in a new Customer
Relationship Management (CRM) system, which works
in conjunction with our current accounting software.
CRM will enable our Sales and Customer Service Department to manage the relationships
with potential and existing customers far more effectively.
The system allows Boddingtons to understand more about our customer’s requirements
and will ensure that the correct product specialist deals with enquiries.
In order to implement this new system, Boddingtons
have expanded the Sales team to include specialist
product managers, which whom will be supported
by the Customer Service Team. The Customer
Service Team will be the first line of contact
with Boddingtons and are able to deal with existing
contracts, prices, standard products, current orders,
logistics, deliveries and customer enquiries. The
team will also pass over customers to the relevant
Product Managers should the requirement be of a
specialist nature.
Our Customer Service Team is lead by Karen Potten,
and includes Nicky Patrick, Nhung Wan and Katy
Burns.
Boddingtons view Customer Service as one of the
most important parts of their business and will
endeavour to ensure that nothing less than 100%
Customer Service is achieved
