Boddingtons Business Update – 18.3.11

We would like to advise you of some changes to our business. Boddingtons Ltd was recently acquired by Fiberweb plc and following a period of review we are changing the structure of our business.

The most obvious change is that we have changed the name of our company from Boddingtons Ltd to Fiberweb Geosynthetics Ltd. This change took effect from 25th February 2011.

Fiberweb’s Geosynthetics Division comprises not only the Boddingtons business in the UK, the US, Australia and Germany but also the existing Fiberweb businesses of Terram in the UK, Typar in the US and Fiberweb’s global DefenCell business. These businesses have a strong background and proven history within the sector operating from six sites across the globe.

The new Geosynthetics Division will be headed up by John Warner (formerly CEO of Boddingtons Ltd, now called Fiberweb Geosynthetics Ltd). John will be supported by a management team comprising experienced people from throughout the businesses that comprise the new division.

We will be providing the same products and service levels on which we have built our reputation in the industry. All our contact details remain the same for the time being and we will keep you up to date on further changes through direct contact and through our website.

Enclosed is a letter detailing our new financial arrangements. We would be grateful if you would ensure your accounts department receives this and updates our details accordingly to ensure a smooth transition.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for being one of our valued customers. We appreciate your understanding in this matter and look forward to developing our new business with your ongoing support.
