In order to continue to offer our customers the very best of customer service, we are constantly reviewing the skills that our staff have in an ever changing environment. Regular staff training is something that Boddingtons’ understands is important to our employees development in order to offer 100% customer satisfaction that we strive to achieve.

The short video below was made to promote the Beyond 2010 training programme from which Boddingtons has benefitted.  In 2009 our Customer Service Team received training funded by Beyond 2010 which is managed by Essex County Council and sponsored by the East of England Development Agency (EEDA) and the European Social Fund.
