Separator mesh is an extruded plastic mesh range designed to prevent damage to the machined faces of components in transit and storage. Boddingtons separator mesh separates surfaces providing a soft protection with open holes allowing oil and water to disperse. Boddingtons range of separation mesh can be used to protect components, machined parts and product in transit. Separator net can be laid between components on pallets and is ideal for use as a stillage separator as vulnerable surfaces can be damaged in stillages and similar containers as parts are moved around the assembly area or between sites.

Separator mesh can be manufactured from a variety of polymers to optimise the performance, from lightweight delicate components to heavy machined parts, the extruded plastic separation nets offer a robust and reusable method of protection without the cost of purpose built packaging. The open mesh allows swarf and cutting oil to disperse and the mesh can readily be cleaned for reuse as required. Used on assembly benches the mesh offers a clean and resilient surface preventing surface damage.
