| Boddingtons extruded plastic mesh & nets are manufactured from the highest quality polymers through a unique thermoplastic extrusion process to produce many variations of thermoplastic nets. Boddingtons offer a wide range
of extruded plastic mesh and plastic netting solutions, utilising
both rotating die technology, to produce diamond
plastic mesh, and reciprocating die technology to produce square plastic meshes. The plastic nets
range from lightweight oriented barrier fencing plastic mesh,
through to very heavy drainage, rockshield and grass reinforcement mesh
structures in excess of two metres wide. Boddingtons also supply bi-oriented thermoplastic netting used for deer fencing, garden netting, anti-bird nets, fruit cage nets, plant support nets and stabilisation geogrids. The majority of plastic mesh is produced in HDPE, LDPE and PP but many other polymers may be used. Additives can be used to enhance the characteristics of a particular polymer, for example, to provide colour, U.V. resistance or anti-slip properties.
Blowing agents may be added to provide a thicker or softer plastic mesh when cushioning is needed, for example in Rockshield mesh products. |
