Contaminet™ contaminated land geo-textile mesh is a high visibility orange thermally bonded non-woven geo-textile, bonded to a bright yellow coloured high density polyethylene plastic mesh. Contaminet™ geo-textile mesh is essential to separate contaminated land from clean soils on land remediation projects where contaminated land causes a significant environmental issue. The Contaminet™ contaminated land HDPE mesh reinforced geo-textile, offers a high visibility signal barrier for future excavations of the contaminated land hazard beneath. The geo-textile limits particle transmission between the clean new soil and the contaminated substrate below. The geo-textile is designed to allow the transmission of water but act as a barrier to particles of larger size, i.e. rocks, stones and soil contaminants, eliminating physical contact. The laminated HDPE plastic mesh provides additional strength and reinforcement, increases puncture resistance, coupled with excellent visibility properties.
