Reinforced concrete marker posts for the indication
of fire hydrants, water and gas valves, electric
cable junctions and field markers. Many types
of post are available that are either impressed
with a text for boundary marking, or can take
a snap-fit marker plate for the marking of
water valves and fire hydrants, and posts to
take small traffolyte plates to mark cable
junctions.
• Indicator Posts are reinforced to minimise
the risk of severance
• Manufactured from concrete, reinforced with steel rod.
• BCP3 (CG305), BCP7 & BCP8 concrete marker posts are supplied with
a recess to suit a standard fire hydrant or water valve plate manufactured
to BS 3251
• Electric cable posts BCP1 & BCP2) are supplied with a recess for
supplementary identification plates
