Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit card, debit card and PayPal payments.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro & Solo via Paypal card payment. Your account will be charged on placement of your order. You may send your credit or debit card information over the Internet or by phone directly to one of our customer service team.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Discounts
Quantity Discounts are offered for certain products. The quantity discount is per item line only. Multiple products or variations on product sizes will not qualify for a discount (i.e. A 30 roll discount rate for Product A will only qualify if 30 rolls of Product A are purchased, not 10 rolls of Product A, 10 rolls of Product B & 10 rolls of Product C) |
| Shipping And Handling On acceptance of your order, we will check our stocks and if the goods are available we will arrange for the shipment to any UK Mainland destination. On the rare occasion that some of the goods maybe out of stock, we will contact you to advise the lead time. |
| Delivery Schedule We will normally despatch your order within 1 business day for stock items. Delivery is usually between 1-3 business days after the despatch depending on the delivery service selected (Next working day deliveries are available at an additional charge if the order is received by 1.30pm latest). Our goods are delivered by carrier and a signature will be required upon delivery. If there is no person to sign for the goods, the goods may have to be re-delivered and any additiional costs will be chargeable. |

Privacy Policy Boddingtons Ltd do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in any format on our website or business databases. Boddingtons Limited do not store credit or debit card details. Personal information regarding each transaction (product purchases, names and addresses etc) will be held in our database which is password protected and not available to access by non-users.
Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option. Returns Policy Boddingtons will accept returns and offer a refund accordingly provided :
a) the goods are faulty or not as ordered - Boddingtons will refund the product and delivery charges and arrange for collection of the goods
b) If the customer orders any goods and later decides they do not want them and wish to return them, Boddingtons will issue a refund as long as the customer returns the goods to Boddingtons Limited at their cost (Boddingtons can arrange collection on the customers' behalf and charge accordingly). Any refunds are subject to the returned items being undamaged, unused and in full re-saleable condition.
Goods can be returned up to 21 days after the date of purchase.

Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel a purchase, please either contact Boddingtons' Customer Service team on 01621 874200 or respond to your emailed order confirmation stating the reason for cancellation. You have the right to cancel within 7 days of your order or receipt of the goods. Cancellations should be done immediately after the purchase to ensure that the goods are not despatched. If the goods have been despatched, please read the returns policy above with details of how to return your goods to be issued with a refund. |
